My Approach

My approach looks at the whole person — recognising the connection between the gut, nervous system, stress, movement and emotional wellbeing.

Rather than chasing symptoms, my work focuses on restoring balance and regulation across the whole body.

Using evidence-based nutrition, therapeutic approaches and practical lifestyle support, I help people move from overwhelm and exhaustion towards calmer energy, clearer thinking and an overall sense of wellbeing.

I also work closely with experts including Dr Elisa Pierella, gut health and microbiome specialist, and Dr Ewa Craven, menopause specialist, helping to ensure my work remains grounded in current research and evidence-based practice.

This is not about restriction.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself again.

My signature framework 


My approach combines 35 years of experience in nutrition, therapeutic practice, movement and behaviour change with a real understanding of the ups and downs of health, stress and recovery.

Having experienced my own health challenges, including ovarian cancer and autoimmune disease, I know that wellbeing is about far more than simply “fixing symptoms”. Alongside my professional work, movement and wellbeing practices have played an important role in my own journey — including running a half marathon around the pyramids in Egypt this year.

I work with both individuals and groups, bringing a warm, realistic and holistic approach that supports the gut, brain, nervous system and lifestyle together to help people feel calmer, stronger, more energised and more like themselves again.
