An Integrative Approach to Lasting Change

Lasting health change is rarely about information alone. Real transformation happens when we support the whole person — nourishing the body, calming the nervous system and creating sustainable changes that feel realistic rather than restrictive.

My one-to-one work is tailored to you, combining evidence-based nutrition with therapeutic and lifestyle approaches to support long-term health and wellbeing in a compassionate and practical way.

Examples of Comprehensive Support Packages

The support I offer is personalised and flexible, designed around your unique needs, lifestyle and challenges.

What Happens in Your First Consultation?

Your first session is designed to build a deeper understanding of your health and wellbeing as a whole. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look at the wider picture — including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, movement and emotional wellbeing.

Together, we explore your current challenges, health history and the areas where you would like support and change.

You will leave with:
  • A clear understanding of your "root causes."
  • Practical, manageable steps to help you start feeling better.
  • A sense of being heard, not just managed.

The Integrated Behaviour Change Toolkit

Moving beyond "Information" to "Transformation"
Alongside my nutrition expertise, I draw on therapeutic approaches to support deeper and more sustainable behaviour change where appropriate.

For many people, especially during times of stress, overwhelm or hormonal change, these approaches can help make health and wellbeing feel more manageable, realistic and achievable.
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): For rapid stress relief and calming the "fight or flight" response.
  • Clinical Hypnotherapy: To support deeper subconscious shifts in your relationship with food and self-care.
  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): To reframe limiting beliefs and navigate executive dysfunction.

These tools help us address:

  • Emotional eating and the "sugar-crash" cycle.
  • Chronic stress responses that shut down digestion.
  • Motivation blocks and the "all-or-nothing" mindset.
  • Executive dysfunction patterns (like forgetting to eat or feeling overwhelmed by choice).
The goal is sustainable, compassionate change — not rigid compliance.

You don’t need another diet.

You need a nervous system and microbiome that work together.
