My events, classes and retreats are designed to create space away from the demands of everyday life — helping people slow down, restore balance and reconnect with themselves.

Whether through local workshops in Lancashire or retreats in Egypt, I combine nutrition, gentle movement, relaxation and restorative wellbeing practices to support both physical and emotional wellbeing in a calm and supportive environment.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief that healthier people, stronger communities and more sustainable food systems are deeply connected.
